Volunteering at a Nursing/Residential Home for Medicine

I'm looking into doing some volunteering this year and I hope that this is something I will be able to put towards my medicine application. However, the nearest place to me that is suited to this type of volunteering is a residential home, therefore it is not a full-fledged care home but simply has carers and nurses who visit and hold community sessions during the day, I would still be interacting with nurses, carers, as well as the residents, however since it is not an official care home would this be seen as a less valid form of healthcare related volunteering when applying to medical schools?
No. No experience at all is seen as less valid when it comes to applying for medicine because it’s the skills you learn whilst doing it. All the best
