personal statement - midwifery

I have been thinking about my personal statement lately and I am struggling to find a good book or article about midwifery which could help me with my personal statement.
If anyone has some advice or suggestions , I would be happy to hear it.

I hope you're well too! I wouldn't necessarily recommend a book or article however I can recommend the NMC code and NHS 6Cs, which you can mention in your personal statement - it would be great if you could briefly mention how you possess some of these traits and give examples etc. Showing that you are aware of these two crucial documents, and able to demonstrate how you have used some of these in everyday life would impress the reader.
