PIP/ESA DWP allowed to tell uni I’m unfit to study?
I have recently had to tell the DWP that I’m sometimes incapable of previously being around others without threatening them or physically hurting them. Are they allowed to tell my univeristy that I’m unable to study because of this as my mental health has been diognised for years now and I’m really struggling. I don’t know what if do it I was told by them that I can’t study any longer due to my problems . Are they allowed to do this? Please help asap
Have the DWP told your uni this, or is it just a possibility at the moment?
