Hi, I got IB final score is 29 and my UCAS Tariff Point is 154. I want to apply to Accounting & Finance. Can I got in City, University of London with this score?

What are the chances of getting into optometry through clearing, preferably in the University of Manchester as that is where I would like to do the course. My main hope is that there will be some clearing spots available if there are rejections but how likely is it.
