Just go for silver, they don’t discolour, other colours will.

Hello, as someone who has had braces couple of times now it really depends on what you like. Most people tend to stray from black, white and gold (can make your teeth look yellow), clear (as they stain really easily) and green (I’ve been told it looks like pieces of food). I’ve had silver/grey bands for almost a year and they look great in my opinion. I’ve also had friends with baby pink and royal blue which also looked good. In the end, if you want to make your braces stand out in photos choose a colour -pink, red, blues, purples -,but if not I would recommend silver. I hope this helped
