I missed out by a few marks on my grades needed for uni, what are the chances you get the same offer for the same university in 2024 ?

Depends on the uni and the course. For example, a course that has a 95% offer rate, your chances would be pretty good. A course/uni that says if you retake A levels they expect higher grades, the chance would be pretty low (even though you may have a good chance of getting that higher offer). Or for one of the few courses that don't allow retakes, your chance would be very low indeed (likely requiring significant mitigating circumstances)

Unless the Uni has a no-resits policy, there should be no problem with any reapplication - Unis are not this vindictive, and are usually quite happy to accept a re-application where you are trying to improve your grades for entry. Just check with the Uni before you reapply.
