Enquiring about Distance Learning IT Degrees

I'm a mature candidate with about 12 years of working experience in IT. (32 years old now). with a Diploma in IT from one of Singapore's Polytechnic. I saw some universities offering Online Distance Learning.

Am thinking of choosing between these I have seen so far.

Wondering if any of you guys and girls have any opinion to offer on this? I am planning to take a degree, because it seems like without a degree, it is limiting my career opportunities. although I have been lucky enough to meet bosses/employers who do not mind this and have offered opportunities for my career progression to an IT Manager.
