Hi,
I stuggle from anxiety. But not only that on top of this I have a stutter, a tremor, dyslexia, autism and ADHD.

I was wondering if anyone could get in touch with how to deal with any of theses problems and any things that help with these types of things. For example; Fidget toys or stationary.

Also how to deal with them in school/college?

Also lastly, does anyone have any of the same things as me as I feel like I’m always alone and have no one who really understands, can you get in touch.

to relieve yourself of anxiety, do you write your feelings and thoughts on paper? then maybe throw the paper away :smile:
