Annoying student from another school keeps annoying other people on the bus
This student keeps telling jokes to random people that aren't interested out loud, waving at strangers, playing embarrassing music and making a parent drop an f bomb on him
Meh, hard to get excited over.
i mean, if it's really becoming too much you can become the karen and contact the school the kid goes to lol
it sounds mentally and emotionally annoying 
at least you are physically safe
don't let it stay in your head

Best thing to do is just to ignore the kid.
If enough people ignore him then he will eventually get bored.
