Does master in History is worthy?

Hey, I am a third year bachelor student. I am studying English and History joined degree. I am thinking to do Master in history, but I am not sure if it is worthy for me ? I am thinking about teaching as a future career, and I am wondering if master would be useful for me from knowledge wise but also from career progression? Would it help to get higher salary too ? Or is it better to do PCSE and start working and build experience?
