can anyone recommend some free yoga programmes or YouTube videos for a beginner. Also would love to know your experience with yoga, any benefits ? or advice ?
I tried it before and bought a mat and everything but I tried to much too quickly so gave up but would like to start it up again.

I haven't tried it myself but a few people I know have said that they really like Yoga with Adriene
If you're interested in pilates I'd recommend Move with Nicole – also on YouTube, she does a few yoga-y things as well
