Would you add a girl?

If you liked her and wanted to have sex with a girl , but couldn't and finally moved on to another girl and deleted her from your phone.
So would you re-save her number if she texts you asking for help or just help her and leave her unsaved?

I'm unlikely to 'delete her' unless she does something very specific to put me off ever wanting to talk to her again.

If she did nothing wrong, then there's no real reason not to stay in touch with her? I don't get it why some people are so bloody dramatic about these things and go awol just because they didn't get what they wanted (sex).
