reapplying for sixth form?

Hi,
the sixth form i want to go to has 2 times to apply. One from this October to January, and another on results day.
If I apply for a sixth form in October to January and i get rejected/ waitlisted. Can i go again on results day? if not when is the safer option.

Different sixth forms may have different rules. Unless you name the sixth firm, no-one will be able to comment on whether it allows students who have been initially unsuccessful to reapply on results day.
