The best place to find Diagnostic Radiography courses is using the NHS course finder:
https://www.healthcareers.nhs.uk/career-planning/course-finder
To work in the NHS, the degree needs to be accredited by the HCPC. Other than that, it doesn't matter where you study it. Choose a uni where you will enjoy living for three years, and ask where the placements will be.
Most unis require one science out of three A levels - check the Entry Requirements section on the course pages of uni websites to see what the ROI equivalent is. If it's not stated, then you can email the admissions departments to ask.
