uti help

so im 13 and i got uti and idk if its really bad but I'm peeing blood and it really really hurts , like I cant even concentrate on a test I'm supposed to study for , should i tell my mum or let it go away

Tell someone. They are really easy to fix, but if it's got to the blood stage, you need help to get rid of it.
