I am on my phone and all my devices way too much and I am worried about my eyesight. Ik blue light glasses arent a cure but its better to prevent ur eyes if haha

There are many types of blue light filters and the best is to get to a professional and fit with the most suitable one for you.
Norville is a UK based manufacturer and they have many types of blue light filters, I work for a supplier in Israel who import them.
Personally for me there are only two types that are comfortable, Swisscoat 'stress-free' and hexacor, but they are expensive.
Most of the cheap ones are fake, they don't block the harmful blue light but absorb it. Take the lens out of the frame and light a blue light pen on it, if the perimeter of the lens turns blue it is fake blue light blocker.
