likelihood of getting into Cambridge?

hi, i'm applying for Natural Sciences at Cambridge for 2024 entry

predicted grades: A*A*A* in maths, bio, chem
gcses: 9999999999
personal statement: included wex, essay comps, lectures, residential, books, MOOCs
NSAA: just did today so i dont have my results but expecting 3-4 on maths, and 7+ for both the other biology sections

stressing about my nsaa score!!

If you do get a 7+ in the biology sections then you have a very good chance of getting in, so long as you don't completely mess up the interview. The slightly weaker maths score shouldn't matter too much (I know a guy who got an offer last year who got 2.5 in the maths!) especially as you're doing biological. I wish my chemistry sections had gone as well as your bio - it was soo hard especially Section 2!
