am i good enough to apply to top US schools and is it too late?

Hi, Im a UK student with 11 9s at GCSE and predicted 4A*.

My extracurricular are:
Rowing ( national medals)
Lead environmental and feminist societies
Volunteer tutor
Volunteer at a hospital
Lab research

I don't know if its too late too make a competitive application to a few IVYs or top US schools or if its even worth it. Can anyone advise me if I could make a decent application or if its too time consuming to be done this late in the year.

I would be applying for 2024 entry

Thankyou )

Hey of course its not too late. But if you decide to apply for early decision it kinda is (Nov 1 is the deadline for Ivys). Focus on sending the regular apps. May I know what A levels you are taking and if you are planning to sit the ACT or SAT? Your GCSEs are competitive and so are your CCAs.
