DipHE in CompSci, would this pass the entry requirements to a bachelors degree?

I recently failed my final year in a Computer Science BSc. I ended up with a Diploma of higher education.

I'm interested in starting a new course at a different university, but my A-level results aren't good enough to get me into where i'd like to go.
Would my DipHe be an acceptable qualification to pass the minimum requirements for most university bachelor degrees?

Generally yes. However having 3 years previous study is likely to mean no tuition fee loan for the first 2 years of a new full time degree (or issues with a visa if you aren’t a UK National)

Funding issues as above - and many Unis will not accept you if you have failed part of a degree at any other Uni.

A better option may to be to try and top this up to a full degree using credit transfer with the Open University - https://credit-transfer.open.ac.uk/
