It's great. You can use the tram, buses, trains to nearly anywhere and late nights are a fun night out.

Hey,
The transport system is really good. There is a reduced fare for students on the buses, and there are regular buses in and around the city and university. The tram system is also really good, especially for travelling longer distances. Sheffield city centre is also quite compact, and so it very easy to get around on foot.
There are lots of security cars from the uni that patrol at night, which helps it feel much safer, and there are transport services that take students home after a night out.
