Does anyone know how difficult it is to achieve full distinctions in an Access to HE course? Preferably in science but any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Relative to what?
I got straight distinctions in Access to HE in Science. It wasn't particularly difficult, but it required effort.
For me, it wasn't as difficult as A Level, but you definitely have to put a lot more in than you would in GCSE. If you have done a degree before, then it's like the first year of a bachelor's but a lot more fast pace.
Definitely have to be on your toes, but getting straight distinctions is achievable. In a class of say 10 people, you can get 2-3 who get straight distinctions.
