Afraid I'll be fired

I have worked so hard to reach the goals set by my manager. They say I lack capability to do my job. I've asked for feedback so I can improve for next time as well as many other things.

Unfortunately, management told me they've see no improvement and that I haven't reach their expectations.

I am really passionate about the company, my role and I really like my team.

I have a meeting with my boss but I think I might lose my job. My colleague mentioned that another person who has the same skillset level as me could be joining the team.

I've really strived to do my best. I'm not lazy.

I have never been in this position before in my career which I'm so passionate about.

This is an emotional time for me
