First McDonalds Shift

Hi, I have had my orientation class and I sat on an iPad doing e-learning. I was taught how to clock in and out but nothing else. When I got there I had to wait for 10 min at the collection counter for someone to notice I was there as the restaurant is updated with only one cash register. For my first actual shift (with a buddy) does anyone have advice on what to do when I arrive. Do I clock in and then go to the computers where the managers sit if they are there and ask them what to do next, do I clock in and find them in the kitchen if and ask them my next steps or do I wait at the front again. I am just confused as I haven't been told much maybe I'm just being a wet lettuce.
