Deferring some modules in 3rd year due to my daughter having ill health

Hello so I study physiotherapy full time and am in 3rd year . Sadly my daughter has become very unwell and it’s has meant I couldn’t attend my placement aspect of 3rd year I am deferring two placement modules to next academic year, but still submitting all my academic work ? My question is how will this work with student finance as I will still need to pay rent and bills next year when I am finishing my placement hours to graduate ? Has anyone had similar circumstances
