I think typically they send them out in January? As there is a winter pool process that occurs in January. I don't think there's necessarily a set date other than generally I think they aim to send decision by the end of January roughly - that seems to be what they indicate on their website here: https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/apply/application-dates-deadlines
