URGENT Looking 1 replacement tenants 24/25 - Mill Point Unite Students - Manchester
Decided not to move forward with my booking so I am looking for 1 person who would like to take over a tenancy for 24/25 academic year.
The 1 rooms are en-suite within the same unit. You would just have to share the kitchen. The others staying there are my friends from pharmacy school so they're really chill.

is no longer going to university and so we need a student to take over his tenancy. The apartment is at a place called Riverside in Salford near all the universities in Manchester. It’s a double bed en-suite with shared kitchen and living area. There is also on-site gym, coffee house, laundry, garden and 24/7 security. Are you interested in it? It is £240 per week with all bills included and available from 7th September 2024.
