Changing course

I wanted to do Architecture and that’s why didn’t really payed attention to my science GCSEs. However I have realised that I want to do Medicine but I’m currently doing Graphics and Business BTEC. What should I do? I really want to study Medicine.
See if you can swap to the appropriate A-level subjects (probably for next year rather than this year though). I would recommend discussing with them the prospect of starting "fresh" with a full set of new A-level subjects with no overlap (medical schools may have issues otherwise).

Alternately, finish your current qualifications and gap year and do the required ones (that may be harder to pull off and/or may cost you money to pay to take them - which could be a lot for the science endorsement/practicals).

Slightly longer term option would be to finish your current qualifications, find a role as an HCA or something, and work in that for a couple years then do an Access to Medicine course. There are some caveats to that route though.
