Circuit laundry is so annoying and i just lost some money

I am a uni student and i was going to do my laundry when i realised they changed the app from circuit laundry to circuit laundry plus, idk what to do as the previous money on th circuit laundry app is gone and the refund has charges so i feel it's pointless. it's so annoying because the student acom didn't tell me they were doing this

I gave money to the wrong circuit laundry app once but if you call them they will move it to the right one for you so you don't lose the money. Hope this helps. I'll try post the number hang on...

The number is 0800 092 4068 or you can just do the live chat on the app and they should move the money over for you they did it instantly for me
