You will be very limited in what you can do. Most places only take people ages 16 and over because a) the rules and regulations surrounding employing under 16's and b) you wont have a national insurance number until not long before you turn 16.
You can however look for things like a paper round.
Or things like gardening, babysitting, car washing, other odd jobs etc.
Some small independent cafes may take you on. Or in a hairdressers sweeping up/making tea etc.
