Can i get into a good uni for psychology if...

Hi, I really want to study psychology in uni and would also like to go to UCL. However, my GCSE grades weren't the best- science: 56, maths: 6, business: 6, history: 5, french: 5, rs: 8, & english: 6,8. Is it worth applying with these GCSE grades? Of course I am going to work for 3 A*s for my a-level subjects to show that I am capable of working hard. But someone please help and tell me if it's worth a try and give me some safe uni choices too (preferably in London but out of London works too!)
