Student finance

So I applied for student finance and it’s wrong for the third time.
My issue is people who you speak to tell you it’s correct on the phone till you receive the email to say it’s been filled in wrong.
Why are the staff at student finance not cheaking peoples form properly.
I had to get the adviser to triple cheak my account to see if anything needed doing,he assured me many times and I told him I need to know as I have anxiety,then he looked into it and told me it was wrong and I needed to fill a manual form, had I not made him throughly cheak he would of told me it was correct.
This has caused such a delay and I’m not happy about this.
Pls someone let the student finance England staff know that the wrong info they give is delaying peoples student loans
