I was wondering if doing dofe would be of any use to me as I am planning to go into medicine but have low GCSEs. Would gold dofe help boost my application?

not really in itself, but dofe can help u build useful skills, such as the volunteering section (care home, special school, hospital, hospice), teamwork in the expedition, and for the skills u can do something that has a vague link to med like a research project possibly, but u could do these things without paying for gold dofe

also on the low gcses point, many med schools rank purely on ucat as long as u have minimum requirements, which usually include 6s in eng lang and maths.

Tbh I’ve already paid the first part of the fee but I’m thinking of withdrawing cause it costs so much altogether
