Custom username colours not displaying

Also some usernames colours and titles (includes official reps, CS etc) still do not appear correctly or everyone still has the default green username (for those that have changed colour).

I've let the product team know about this so they can have a look.

Yes because some community staff members and official reps don’t have their username colour and/or usertitle displayed next to their username.

FHs and just anyone else who can their username colour, have the default green displayed no matter what and not their custom username colour.

If you have any specific examples of usertitles not displaying for users would you be able to share those here, please?

It shows up on showthread 2 but not on react for me

I’ve seen some official reps with black usernames instead of orange but providing examples is too much effort.

Thanks for this - I'll have a look into the cases where the usertitle isn't displaying, username colours will be looked at by the product team separately
