Unconditional - Portsmouth
I want to go Surrey as it’s ranked highest for law out of the three.
What would be the best insurance? Should I play it safe with the unconditional or choose reading which is higher ranked than Portsmouth

Have you visited all 3?
If portsmouth are desperate enough to make you an unconditional offer now then they are highly likely to be in clearing if you didn’t pick them as insurance and didn’t get accepted in august.
