German IRP questions (Please help)

Hello. I have got a mock IRP in 5 days but because i have had barely any time to prepare it because of my other mocks, so far i only have a rough idea of what topic it might be on. Feeling kinna screwed to be honest. I was either going to do it on:
Is Germany environmentally friendly?
Or: Democratic systems in german speaking countries
I am leaning more towards the first one but i am not sure.
Also, my teacher said i need to prepare a 2 minute speaking presentation as well as some questions for him to ask. How many questions should i think of, and what kind of questions would they be?
