Student aged 19 at College - Exempt from council tax?
Hi daughters boyfriend is looking at a college course doing vehicle maintanance for level 2 at Notts college (possibly progressing to level 3). Would he be classed as a student thats exempt from council tax? Or is that just uni students?

Hi, I might be wrong but I think as long as you are a full time student you are entitled to an exemption. It can be college or university as long as its full time. You might want to check on the gov website for what is considered a full time student, or you could contact your local citizens advice. I hope this helps.
