Third Year Exams Resits Not Allowed?

I have unfortunately failed my third year exams in January at uni. Is that true that in third year you can’t resit your exams?

At many places, yes (because it affects graduation) - but this differ depending on department and regulation. Have you had any sort of notification from your School office?

Retaking the entire year might be an option if there is significant mitigation (or sometimes if there is not, regulation-dependent). At my place, failing 3rd year would equal a withdrawal with a DipHE. You need to speak to your personal tutor or someone at the School-level to discuss your options.
