help! strange manager!
okay so for backround info i’ve been working fast food since august last year and one of my friendliest coworkers would be my manger, he’s said some weird stuff before but i ignored it. anyways, a few days ago i put my two weeks in and he texted me that night telling me i shouldn't quit , and ever since then he’s been texting me for the past few days.
😭 it was about work at first but then he started asking me “wyd” “how was school” and asking about my hobbies etc. i’m also 17 and he’s 25. i work a couple more days until my two weeks is over but any advice until then?

he would also text me really late at night cause he stays up, but i’d be asleep

Ignore his messages and hopefully he’ll get the hint. Unless you’re interested, but in that case the age gap is highly questionable anyway
no i’m not interested it’s illegal and he’s my manager 😭
