What’s placement like for health students?
Hi there
I’m a health student and as part of this degree I go on placement to hospitals, schools, colleges and clinics!
Placement definitely has its pros and cons
It’s a often a long way to drive, longer days, you feel so tired when you get home!
But, you learn so much in such a short space of time, you gain valuable real life experience, I learn the quickest in this environment, it highlights the gaps on your knowledge and you get to build of your rapport skills with clients and other professionals.
