university

will i have a good chance of going to uni if I have 13 detentions and 3 internal exclusions but i study hard and and get 8 and 9 in every subject by the way i am in year 9
Short answer to this one: yes.

Uni applications are mostly based on grades, but your teacher's reference will matter too. They'll probably write your reference early in Year 13, so you've got three years to show them what you're made of. If somebody's been grafting and behaving well for three years, no teacher will even remember that they had challenges in Year 9.
