Can you get in foundation year at a good uni eg. Queen Mary, Surrey Etc with A level grades as low as CDD

According to our admissions website, foundation years at Surrey typically require A-Levels at CCC or CCD for Nursing courses. However, these vary on a case-by-case basis.
