skin care... discolouration

my face has so much discolouration and darker areas, my undereyes are extremely dark (and also very sunken), my upper lip is really dark and so are the other parts around my lips, and random other parts of my face are uneven colours.

I dont have acne if that helps

Does anyone know how to fix this? any home remedies/skin care?

There is a lot of stuff online, but I have tried things that havent worked and dont want to waste money so I am wondering if anyone has used something that has actually worked. Thanks
