Will I lose all Mark's for a question in the computer practical if I wrote the code using a programming language instead of using a design technique?when the question says to use a design technique

If you fail to follow the specific instructions of a question in an exam in general then it will mean you failed to actually answer the question and will significantly limit what marks you can get as a result. Same as if an essay question said to use two examples and you only used one (or used three or more!), or if it states you should write an answer in a language exam in a specific tense and you use a different one, etc.
