Cognitive Neuroscience MSc: York or UCL?

Is the academic/prestige/prospects gap large enough that I should go to London instead of staying in York?

I am finishing my Psych BSc in York this year and I currently hold MSc offers for both York and UCL. I absolutely love York but UCL is (one of) the best for Cognitive Neuroscience so the decision is incredibly difficult for me.
