Looking for a housemate for academic year 24/25!
Hi, we are a house of 5 girls looking for a female tenant to join for the next academic year: 1st July 2024-30th June 2025.
We are on Lenton Boulevard, in a good location with easy access to transport links and a short walk to University Park and Jubilee Campus.
The house is open plan, with two bathrooms, recently renovated and fully furnished. The bedroom is front-facing with a bay window and lots of natural light. Rent is £140pw excluding bills.
We will be going into our third year and have a nice balance between going out and staying in. Please reach out if you're interested, we'd love to meet you!
