Supermarkets rejecting me

applied to many shopping stores in my area like tesco, morrisons... for entry level customer service jobs. they have all rejected me. anyone know why this is? I have 3 years of sales assistant and customer service experience, no crim record... yet not single one wants me. might be because im a student and i will probably leave the job within 1 year and be a "waste of their time and money". the stores are filled with indian workers (not being rude im brown myself) that dont even speak english. I look at that and think what is it they have that i dont? do they work for lower wages? are they gonna work there for the rest of there lives? maybe. Are the applications scams and just a way to a get a hold of my info? I get CV checked by pros and make sure to alter it for every job app. Any thoughts?

I mean the people who work there are? They think they are clever when they know where a product is that you don't, I mean???
