idk which section to put this under so i put it under health. idk how to explain it but my body just feels tired and bored when i study at home. You know that feeling when you wake up and you have to wake your body up? Its that sort of feeling but idk how to make it stop. This mostly happens at home
Are you in a comfortable position when you study, ie with a chair and desk at the right height and you sitting straight and not slumping? Do you have adequate lighting for reading? Are you stopping for regular breaks and getting up to move around?
