UCL admissions waiting time

I applied in early October for Law and have not heard anything back yet. Is this indicative of a rejection or is it just simply a possibility they’re just taking time? It’s confusing since people who applied later received offers earlier. The two other people I personally know who applied there for Law have been already rejected, with one having applied in October and the other in December. I am also eligible for contextual.
