No one wished me a happy birthday

No one wished me a happy birthday

Yesterday was my birthday and I told all my work colleagues the date it was and all my family knew. However on my birthday no one messaged me from work, whereas usually everyone gets lots of birthday messages in our WhatsApp group and I got none.

Also my mum wrote all my cards from my aunt and cousins so I felt kind of sad about that.

Am I right in feeling upset about this

Its hard when people forget important dates, I’m really sorry it happened to you this year, completely understandable to feel upset by it
