I'm looking for a good driving instructor in London.
I'm not sure how to go about find one anymore... I've only had one. After 10 lessons I realised how bad he was - constantly late, rude, didn't teach me much etc.
Are there any which people would recommend? Thanks.
You might have already found one. But I had a really good driving instructor in London. Her name was Joanna and she has her own website: http://www.joannasdrivingschool.co.uk/ She literally covers most of London except for the south. Hope this helps

Thanks for that. I've found someone though - his name is Peter. I just had a 1 1/2 hour lesson with him and he's pretty good.

On the list of postcodes she looks like she basically only does inner London. The only postcode on her list that's in Brent is NW6 so unless OP is in Kilburn he's out of luck with that one.
Reviving this post - does anyone know a good driving instructor in East London? I just passed my theory test and would like to book driving lessons as soon as possible but it is very difficult to figure out which dricing schools/instructors are good and which are not.
I had a great instructor through lots of recommendations from my friends, but she only covers SE London, and if I remember well people from further away travel to meet her in Abbey Wood. She has a website; www.1stlondondrivingacademy.com Also, I used to have anxiety attacks, they were eradicated at the start of my lessons, I was really confident and passed my test with only 2 minor faults. I still can't believe it, as I was always a bag of nerves driving.
Hi I know this is a really old post but i'm looking for a good instructor in Brent myself and can see you found one, would you happen to still have their details?
